This project was conceived as a playful challenge, with a touch of provocation, and completed in a single day. The idea was to reuse old light bulbs and give them a second life as small plant vases.
The design of the holder is inspired by the clamps used for laboratory flasks in chemistry labs. Brass thumb screws secure the bulb in place and allow the grip on the socket to be easily adjusted.
